This package is perfect for parents who want to ensure they are well rested and have regular hands-on care during the first month(s) of their newborn’s life.

• (1) in home Postpartum Planning Session

• (1) breastfeeding planning Session 

• 2 overnights per week for the first month of baby’s life

  • Doula cares for baby while parents rest

  • Household tasks including bottle & pump cleaning, folding laundry, meal prep, etc. will be completed

  • Breastfeeding can be supported by bringing baby to mom or cleaning pump parts 

  • Emotional & Educational support provided while parents are awake

• Text message support through

• Breastfeeding check-ins with weight checks & weighed feeds will be available during postpartum visits

This package is well suited to families that just need a little extra help each week to feel caught up and have a moment to relax.  The goal is to make sure you get to feel put together and ready to seize the day at least once a week.​

• (1) 4-5 hour daytime shift per week

  • Focus on resetting your house for the week

    • Folding laundry 

    • Cleaning dishes 

    • Prepping snacks & meals for the week 

  • This is a weekly opportunity to ask questions & request referrals

    • Babywearing

    • Infant feeding

    • Chiropractors, Therapists & more

  • Doula may cares for baby while parent rests or showers

• Breastfeeding check-ins with weight checks & weighed feeds will be available during postpartum visits

This is a package for parents who want support throughout their breastfeeding journey as well as postpartum support.

Each visit will consist of:

• up to 1 hour of dedicated lactation care

• up to 3 hours of postpartum doula care. Postpartum doula care will include light housework, emotional support, educational support, meal prep, & time to rest for the parent

We will use materials from the HUG Your Baby Curriculum throughout this plan.  Weight checks & Weighed feeds will be available as needed. 

Visits to occur:

The schedule is based on the timeframes in which researchers have seen the largest drop-offs in breastfeeding.

• 1 Prenatal visit focused on breastfeeding education & planning  

• 1 visit Between Days 4 and 7 of life

• 1 visit Between 14 and 16 days of life

• 1 visit around 1 month

• 1 visit around 2 months 

• 1 visit during the week before the breastfeeding parent returns to work 

This package is great for families who would like regular hands on support & education during the early weeks!
 

Prenatal Care to Include

• Postpartum planning session

• Breastfeeding education

Daytime support to include:

• Newborn care while parents rest

• General household tasks 

• Pump & bottle cleaning 

• Babywearing support 

• Opportunities to ask questions

• Reminders that you’re doing a great job

This is care for families that would like time to rest but don’t want to commit to a full overnight. Parents may sleep, shower, or relax during this time as desired.

• Twilight Care occurs 8:30pm – Midnight

• Household tasks including: bottle & pump cleaning, folding laundry, meal prep, etc. will be completed

• The infant will be cared for while parents rest

• Emotional & Educational support provided while parents are awake

• You will have the opportunity to ask questions & request referrals

  • Babywearing

  • Infant feeding

  • Chiropractors, Therapists & more

• A quick breakfast can be prepped for the next morning!

  • Egg bites, overnight oats, a breakfast casserole – your choice!

Packages with a minimum of 6 evenings will also include:
