Did you know that pumping with the proper flange size improves milk output and comfort? Getting into the right size flange can be a huge game changer for pumping moms, but most pumps come with standard flange sizes that are much too large for the average nipple.


Spectra pumps come with a 24mm and 28mm flange while Medela pumps typically come with a 24mm and 27mm flange but the average nipple size is closer to 17mm or 18mm! This leaves pumping parents with with sore nipples and sub-optimal milk output,
